Advance reservations are not necessary.
Admission
The following admission fees apply to groups of 20 or more.
Adults: 500 yen
University students: 300 yen
* Special exhibitions require a separate admission fee. Please refer to the page dedicated to each special exhibition for further details.
Parking
Parking spaces are not available in the museum complex. Kindly park at a nearby facility.

Restaurants and Lounges
Spaces dedicated to group visitors are not available in the museum complex. Carry-in meals and beverages can be enjoyed at the Heiseikan Lounge or at outdoor benches located throughout the complex. Group visitors are welcome to lunch or dine at the museum’s restaurants, however, please note that they tend to be crowded during special exhibitions.
School Group Visits
The museum offers the following admission fees for the convenience of visitors on integrated learning programs or school trips.
- Elementary, junior high, and high school students, and chaperoning teachers: Free admission to regular exhibitions
- Teachers making a prior visit to plan educational activities: Free admission to regular exhibitions
