    Introduces Indonesian costume fabrics deriving from the variety of ethnic groups of the country, worn as Kain Panjang and Sarong around the waist, Selendang down the shoulder, and Kain Kepala as headdress. Adding to the well-known batik and ikat, the textiles include weft-pattern brocade and embroidery, luxunously made with aboundant gold thread but had rarely been on view.
