Enjoy a Long Autumn Evening at the Museum
On September 21 (Fri), 2012, the Tokyo National Museum will be open until 22:00. As well as viewing masterpieces of art, visitors to the museum can spend this long autumn evening listening to live music or relaxing in the beer garden.


Tokyo National Museum's 140th ANNIVERSARY "J-WAVE MUSIC CELEBRATION"
This is a collaborative event between Tokyo National Museum and J-WAVE (81.3 FM).
Details of the live music is posted on the J-WAVE website (in Japanese).

Cool Off in the Evening Beer Garden
Opening hours: 16:00 –22:00 (last orders at 21:20)
Location: In front of the Toyokan entrance (*The beer garden will close if it rains.)
With the cooperation of: Hotel Okura Enterprise Co., Ltd.

Free Admission to the Regular Exhibitions for Residents of Taito-ku!
Visitors to the museum who live in Taito-ku will receive free admission to the regular exhibitions!
*At the Main Gate, please show a piece of identification that confirms your residency in Taito-ku (e.g., a personal ID card).
