This exhibition focuses on the Chinese tradition of creating paintings using weaving techniques. Through works with auspicious designs such as gods of longevity and Chinese children, as well as a folding canvas with a Buddhist sutra written in embroidery, we hope visitors will consider the significance of using weaving and embroidery techniques to create designs.
