Viewing Request Form

Rare Books / Microfilms Viewing Request Form

Please note:

・Please submit your request at least 7 business days before your preferred viewing date.

・For viewings, please select the time slot(s) of your preference. Multiple selections are allowed.

Each time slot is limited to one user, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a reply from the Research and Information Center.

・If you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us.

For Rare Book Viewings:

・Please note that it may take some time to approve your request after the submission of this form.
In addition, depending on the condition of the materials, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
