This exhibition showcases works depicting typical scenes of summer as well as those portraying women during this season, such as the series Women at Various Hours of the Day and Contemporary Beauties in Summer Dress by Kitagawa Utamaro. Also included in the lineup are landscapes by Utagawa Hiroshige and depictions of figures by Katsushika Hokusai.
