To coincide with the special exhibition, Treasured Masterpieces from the National Palace Museum, Taipei, being held at the Tokyo National Museum, this exhibition displays the work of Qing-dynasty (1644–1912) Chinese artists who traveled to Japan, as well as examples of the cultural exchange that occurred through them.
