Guided Tour + ZEN Breathing Experience (120 minutes)
What is ZEN Breathing?
ZEN Breathing is a traditional Japanese breathing practice rooted in Zen teachings of the 18th century.
By gently aligning posture and breath, the mind naturally settles into a state of calm, clarity, and balance.
This one-hour experience takes place in a hidden historic Japanese house located within the museum garden — a quiet, contemplative space rarely accessible to the public.
